You don't see a lot of adult Hystrix lately, are pups okay as well?

Hi Richard,

I saw a trio for sale yesterday, the only problem is the disk edge is pretty messed up, the guy kept them with agressive leos. I actually wanted to comment on it because I thought it was due to indifference, but kept my cool.

I have seen them as well, but I wouldn't recommend them.

The patterns of the rays aren't nice and like Mark said are messed up.

they are at breeding size and the males try to mate regularly.

2 are getting really fat now, I didn't see movement yet so I am not sure if they are eating themselves that fat or that they are pregnant.

How much is fair for a Hystrix pup?, just need this info for a friend who wants to start in the ray world here in spain. If he does get into this "rayfreaks" world, then we'll be 3 serious raykeepers in Spain !!!!!!!.....

He's looking for something to live with discus in a 200x50x60cm tank.
